    Brilliant!! I do this all the time and I notice my clients doing it too. Never mind 'practise what you preach', I often prod others to stop fiddling with their websites, stop fussing about their link-backs, stop looking for any excuse not to DO business. Procrastination is not just putting off till tomorrow what you can do today. As the animation says: "stop looking for excuses not to do something". Note to self: get back to work!!
